Report with Return date listed

Is there any report available that lists the last Return Date along with the title, call number and collection name? We can see the return data in the All Transactions online, but this still does not help us with listing by separate collections.

You should be able to use the "Export transactions" button on that page to download what you're seeing on those pages into a .csv file.

I just pulled down the report for "Export Transactions: All" and there is not a Return Date field. I got a date for "Item Entry Date" and "Item Due Date", but what I am looking for is the last returned date for all items, so we can find those that have not circulated in a few years.

I can see the data is there, such as in this record on the Transaction page:

An introduction to Old Order and Conservative Mennonite groups by Stephen Scott
Landis - Test Account, Colleen — Returned 2019-05-19

but that date is not with the report I exported.

Let me know if I am going about this the wrong way.

>3 SunnysideCC: There should be a "Returned" status, in the Item Status column, that you can use to determine most recent return dates for items. Or, you can use the "Items not Lent" report from https://www.librarycat.org/admin/reports/checkouts and filter by date to get items that were never checked out during whatever timeframe you enter.
