Removed message keeps reappearing.

Should I be selecting Hidden instead of Removed? Because selecting Removed means it disappears when I refresh the page, but then reappears when I hit refresh a second time. And some members are saying they can still see it.

Edited to add: I am an admin in that group.

Is it possible that members flagging a post keeps it from staying Removed?

So this is still an issue. I have been testing it in a private group, and any removed message reappears after a couple of page refreshes. I know it's not a priority, but it would be nice to have this feature working.

Hey, it's been almost a year since I reported this one, and it has yet to be fixed.

I'll remind conceptDawg about this one, but I'm guessing it'll need to wait a bit longer before he gets a chance to look at this! Apologies for the wait.

Bumping for my own satisfaction.

To reproduce:
1. log in as clamairy and go to https://www.librarything.com/topic/339047#7763825 (sorry, just using it for testing purposes)
2. Click "More", then "Admin Actions" on that post.
3. Click from "Visible" to "Removed", see green "Saved. New status visible on page reload." confirmation message.
4. Force refresh the page, see "Group admin has removed this message." where the post should be.
5. Repeat step 4 (force refresh the page) repeatedly.

Bug: The removed post periodically swaps between the removed message at 4 and the original text (not removed) at 1. Regardless of where I leave the post (removed or not, as the admin), other members can still see the post as normal.

So even if you leave it, it will continue to switch back and forth between visible and removed?

I've tried it in multiple browsers.

This was a weird one, but I found the source and made a fix.
