Dea's Print Book Challenge 2022

This year, I have decided to read some of my printed books, which have been sitting on my 2 1/2 shelves, for a year, looking more like decorations, rather than reading material. I feel kind of bad for neglecting them, for ebooks, so I am going to drop the ebooks for now, and stick to print for 2022. No particular title, or anything, so its a free for all. 2 1/2 shelves doesn't seem very much, but that's because I had to move at the end of last year, and had to give away a lot. The house I am in now, is a lot smaller than the one that I lived in previously, so it was a no choice situation. But there you go. I am not sure if I want to do monthly this time. I'm finding it a bit boring, so I might try seasonal, and see how it goes. Wish me luck!

I'm going to choose light fun-filled books for summer. Maybe chicklit or contemporary, or even a little children/middle grade adventure, in a magical story land somewhere. Something that makes me happy, and wishing for more.

Curled up in the last days of warm summers, or watching the leaves fall from trees, turning yellow, red, and orange. Thoughts of storing food, for the long winter, makes me think of memoirs/biographies, historical fiction, and mystery.

Finally the renewing of life, with new baby animals, birds, and beautiful flowers of many colours. I could read non fiction, light fantasy, and even young adult, which I haven't read in a while. Something new, that I have never read before.

>11 deaflower: I have to say I am a bit slow on the uptake. I looked at your seasons and thought "Should I tell her it's not summer or just let her merrily go on"?. Then about a month later it dawned on me that you are in an entirely different part of the world than most of the rest of us:) It's well beyond freezing here this morning, so I think I'm going to hunt you down and live with you until April or May:)
