How to change a group pic

I did this some time ago, but now can't figure out how to do it! I am the administrator.

On the group page, you'll see on the "administer" on the left. Click on that, then on "Edit group". Scroll down on that page, and you'll see the option to upload an image.

If there are multiple images in the gallery, and you just want to change the Primary image to one that is already uploaded, click on "See Gallery" on the right, then on the image you want showing, and you should see under the image "Make primary picture".
