Unable to add new titles

Have been getting the following for the past week now in the "Upload/Transfer Titles". This is the same whether I replace all titles or add new titles. Am using a basic txt file which either lists all ISBNs, or one which just gives the new one, as I've always done.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare insertinto_publisher_titles() (previously declared in /var/www/html/publisher_upload.php:8) in /var/www/html/inc_publishers.php on line 2157

Cannot add https://www.librarything.com/work/27036985/205549499 to my Publisher Page at https://www.librarything.com/publisher/1714/The-Cornovia-Press/ and the Published By panel with link to the relevant page on the publisher website therefore doesn't appear. This is the first time (in 8 years) that I've had this problem.

That said, we're going to be making some changes to publisher/ER pages in the near future, so this will have to wait. We appreciate your patience in the meantime!

Would it be possible to either disable the feature temporarily, or slap a warning on the page that it's not working for now, to cut down on frustration from publishers and on repetitive bug reports?

I agree that would be helpful, but I would need help with that. I'll see if this is something the developers can make time for sooner than later. (Pinging them now.)
