Found: Young adult fantasy, Red haired protagonist w/ evil father

I’m trying to remember the name of this young adult novel that I read at least 10 years ago and was probably published around 2000-2010. I remember that it began following a young teenage girl with red hair who was possibly realizing her magical powers, and that she was so beautiful that she wasn’t allowed to be around men, and eventually even her father said he couldn’t be around her anymore for this reason… he was a king or some kind of ruler and was evil. There were at least a couple books in this series, and I think that she may have ended up in a relationship with some kind of humanoid angel figure. This has been driving me a little crazy trying to remember, any help greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Only some of the points match, but maybe Fire by Kristen Cashore? It has a teenager with red hair who's supernaturally beautiful so that it's dangerous for her to be around people, and she has an evil father. No romance with an angel though.
