Weirdness on recalculating author name

I needed to recalculate an author name where someone had put an improper canonical name.

I get this page (although the recalculation actually happens):

Thanks for the report, can you give me the link to the author page you were recalculating the name for?

It was this one: https://www.librarything.com/author/espaa

That author seems to be named Spain. Do we have a current instance of this bug?
