All three works I created during the last few days don’t show up in the site search and thus cannot be added to lists, too.
They show up as usual on the author page and everywhere else where I’d expect them, but if I search for them (e.g. by searching for the author), they are not found.

Is there anything I can do on my side to make it work?
Thanks, zottel

It can take a few days before books show up in site search when they are first entered.
I don't know whether this works for lists, but you can force touchstones.
Eisfunken
Inside the square brackets is 27016017::Eisfunken That is the work number, two colons and then the title, although the title does not have to be accurate.
In some cases you may be able to combine with the same work, perhaps in another language, but these three really seem to be the first copies. It will work better for the next person to add them, whether or not that makes you feel better. And in a day or two these will be indexed.
I get this fairly often because I insist on borrowing the new bestsellers as the main Vienna library.

I thought so, too, and waited first before I created this topic, because I thought it might take one or two days.
However, for the first I added, it’s been four days now, and it’s still not indexed (created at August 31st). Is that still normal?

Hmm. Well, they're there now. It runs every day, so I don't know what went wrong.
