missing book covers

missing book covers

So, I was not in here for awhile. I just noticed that several book covers are missing from my previous sessions. These are not book covers from Amazon. They are book covers I photographed with my own phone. They are gone. any thoughts?

Not really. I have been gone mostly for over 30 days. that means everything in my delete photo file deleted itself the rest of the way. it is empty.

here is one book, I photographed. it was in default mode, prior to this missive; I used someone else's photo until I re-photograph. not sure I want to re-photo that many books

How did you upload these pictures? Did you use the Change Cover on the website, or one of the apps?

For the example you're posting (https://www.librarything.com/work/1913822/covers/201194711), you're saying that you had uploaded your own cover image for this record that's no longer showing up, is that right? I see the current cover for that book page of yours is one uploaded by carlamaryoliveira, just want to make sure I'm looking at the right thing/s.

>6 kristilabrie: Sorry, I didn't see this sooner. Yes that is what I am saying. I have moved on from that question. IT did happen. I have re-done some of the ones, again. Have lost track any this point. I just know that I had to gone to a lot of effort photographing, editing, etc and uploading. I was able to find some of them, in the trash and dragged them out and redid.
