Author records are missing localisable languages

See the CK for an author record, e.g. 賈玉銘 or J. K. Rowling. Available in 50 languages.
Now see the CK for a work, e.g. To kill a mockingbird or The Bridges of Madison County. Available in 54 languages.
The missing languages are Chinese, simplified, Chinese, traditional, Portuguese (Brazil) and Portuguese (Portugal).
But the CK entries for 賈玉銘 (besides the unlocalisable DoB, DoD and gender) are all marked "Information from the Chinese, traditional Common Knowledge. Edit to localize it to your language." So someone logged in to the traditional Chinese language site entered author CK. DoB, DoD and gender were also entered in the same language, chi1.
However Chinese and Portuguese do not show up, just "English (0) — 49 more" (in www; similar on at least the cym and fr language sites), with the long list of languages all set to (0).
Perhaps someone can find a Portuguese example.
Have the language name modifiers, whether in parentheses or not, fouled up making author records in these languages editable from other language sites? It's difficult to believe it's intentional.

I don't know this whether part of the same bug, but Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone says "2 more" unused CK languages, which when clicked open lists three languages, "Esperanto (0) Gothic (0) Maori (0)".

See author 朴同成 / Samuel Park. A few fields of CK have been filled in in traditional Chinese, including Nationality "Korean". Okay, yes, they've used English, but have also gone against the instruction in the note, "Choose a country or place, not a demonym".
Having edited the other "Korean" nationality records, how to edit this traditional Chinese entry? Simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, Portuguese (Brazil) and Portuguese (Portugal) are still not listed among the localisable languages. And I'm certainly not up to logging onto the traditional Chinese LT site and editing it there.

I have entered Korea in the English CK. That one is fairly important as it is used in Charts and Graphs.

Explanation: Chinese (and Portuguese) are special languages. In one schema (MARC) they are the same code. But they have variants in another schema. This used the smaller schema.
