Around the Moon - collector's notes

So I just picked up a copy of Jules Verne's Around The Moon but it arrived without the collector's notes. Is anyone able to send me a PDF or JPG of their copy of collector's notes? This edition of the book is from Easton's Masterpieces of Science Fiction series.
