Book Not Showing as Reviewed

Hello - I just finished and reviewed Eagle Ascending by Dan Whitfield. Although I added the book from the ER "books won" page, it is not showing the ER logo, and not crediting the book as reviewed.

Ugh, this case is strange. The edition in the touchstone was one copy linked to Early Reviewers, but it didn't have an author. Even when I manually added an author, the ER badge only said "'s book Eagle Ascending is currently available from LibraryThing Early Reviewers." I went ahead and combined it with the three copies that were showing as a separate work with the author's name (already). That combination has broken the ER link. I think the LT team will need to add it again so reviews are counted.
