Sooooo... according to the LOA advert (or info dump) above, due to ongoing "deliverability issues" they CAN deliver books to Puerto Rico and Guam, but NOT to Canada or Australia.

I am finding this a bit odd now. Surely they would have the postal system sorted by now. Amazon obviously is distributing the books so why not LOA?
