>1 wwj: Excellent planning there - do you find you're able to stick to it? I do the same myself sometimes but tend to veer off-piste in the middle of the week (usually because I get home from work one evening too tired or dispirited to bother with cooking).

I don't plan, except for dinner--around 6pm. For lunch we usually eat leftovers or lunchmeat sandwiches.

M-porkchops, fried apples, cole slaw
T-Barbecued country ribs, fries
W-Baked chicken, baked potato, green beans
Thur-pizza & salad
Fri-spaghetti & garlic bread
Sat-hamburgers on the grill, all the fixings, apple salad
Sun-not set in stone, but I think polish sausage, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes
