>1 Bob_Reader: Hi Bob, I haven't ordered from EP in a while, but my first suggestion is contact customer service and check with them. Good luck!

Books typically ship a week or so after ordering and arrive via FedEx to US addresses a few days later. Many Canadian customers and those in other countries have complained about slow shipping from the US to the point that some publishers, such as Library of America, have quit shipping to foreign addresses altogether. They seem to be held up at customs for some unknown reason but probably having to do with the pandemic.
Occasionally, there can be copyright issues between countries, but the current delays seem to apply to all books.
The reverse does not appear to be true. I recently received some Folio Society books in 4 days shipped from London to Oklahoma via DHL. I paid an extra $14 for expedited shipping, however.

I’ve received an EP book recently in the US. It took over a week to process the order but only 2-3 days to receive via FedEx after I got my shipping confirmation/tracking email.

>1 Bob_Reader: You can always check if the books have been shipped under your account, Track order. EP very rarely ship books without tracking, so you should be able to track them if they have been shipped.

>5 Love2Read.: EP does not provide tracking for their international customers. It's mind boggling how in this day and age a simple feature of being able to order online and tracking your orders is still not available.

>6 JuliusC: Personally, their account page contains very little information that is valuable or accurate. In addition, their search function leaves much to be desired.
