Help me remember a contemporary romance from the 1990s

Book begins with main character is an adult librarian who left her job to go live with her aging movie star grandmother. She has not stay with her Grandmother since an accident as a child. She fell out of a tree when swimming with three friends. She has amnesia regarding the accident but upon returning to live with her Grandmother she learns one of her friends pushed her out of the tree.
