I just stumbled across this group and am delighted to join it. I'm a former librarian, so my reviews tend to be aimed at who I think will like a particular book rather than a summary. I admit, my tastes in fiction are eclectic.
Since I edit for a living now, my pet peeves are misspelled words or the wrong word choice ("there" for "their," for example). I see enough problems during my work; I don't have to be mentally correcting them when I am reading for fun!
Anyway, thanks for having me!

>4 Enakpoweri:, welcome to the group! And, might I NOT recommend A High Wind in Jamaica.
I don't believe there's any one correct way to review here, so long as you have some expression to share of like/dislike for what you read.
