YA dystopian

I can’t remember much but it mentions like the great depression. The world is basically spilt like rich and poor. The rich people have chips inside them that they can use as like a keyboard and as an ID. This girl runs away from home and like hacks her chip so no one can find her. (The chips have location tracking) and i think she finds a family who live on a boat (?) i think it starts off with her getting questioned about something by like the police or something. I think the dad is famous or something cause once she goes “missing” all the news stations are like broadcasting her. And her mother is dead im pretty sure.
