Name that book- Irish romance in America

Ok so I remember a lot about this book but google is still failing me. Please help me remember the name! So this Irish lass, Meera Kathleen (sp?) comes to America with her cousin to meet the cousin’s betrothed. I think fiancées last name was Quade, or Mcquaid or something along those lines. Cousin promptly ditches Meera for random dude she met on the boat. Meera pretends to be her cousin and marries the fiancée who has a nice ranch and is pretty well off. They fall in love, blah blah blah, eventually he learns she lied about who she is and is furious. Now she’s pregnant, there’s a fire in the barn, and then she’s kidnapped by the cousin who went kinda crazy and now wants the life she is as supposed to have. Meera eats moldy jam with her before hubby comes to save her. Don’t know why I remember that detail lol.
