What were the best features of the book?

I like Kim and her forceful character, her decisions and actions make things interesting. I also liked how unexpected pieces of information are revealed throughout the story that keeps it suspenseful and interesting.

the books are well written, the characters interesting and the cases keep you guessing.

Kim and Barney of course...although he only made marginal appearances in this one. Also I like this series for the fact that it provides enough clues to keep you on your toes but is always a surprise by the end.

I like Marson's suspenseful writing and Kim's character even though she is quite grumpy. The plots are interesting too.

I also enjoy the characters and the detailed mysteries.

Very readable. It's easy to associate with the main characters, too.

Love the characters and was totally caught up in the suspense. The short chapters were perfect to keep things fast paced. And the Kim and Barney scene tugged at my heartstrings

I really enjoy the characters. Marsons is really good at characterization. Kim drives me nuts, but that is her character and she stays pretty true to it.
