Could Emily know any more that would help the case? Were her parents right to let her help?

yes - she could tell the police what happened to her and Suzie while they were being held. How the kidnappers behaved toward the girls could tell them something

Yes, there might be some other information that Emily knows about the location or something about the kidnappers personally that would give Kim something to go on. Yes, her parents were right to let her help. She really wanted to and I think it would help Emily feel better.

She's never really been allowed to talk about it to anyone. I think it would do her good to go through it with a sympathetic interviewer.

Yes...she needs to/has to talk about it and in doing so may offer information that will save Charlie and Amy and the girl down the hall.

Yes Emily is the best person to help with the case.

Perhaps, under hypnosis, she can reveal what it was that caused the first attempt to go wrong, and which may be the key Kim is looking for.

Yes. She might have important first-hand information without even realizing it. Something she might have seen might be a location that someone recognizes.
