Why try to kill the psychic?

She showed up the last time as well - maybe they thought she might know more than she did. Also, I think it was someone that knew her since she was all tucked up and her "death" was a relatively gentle one.

I think the psychic heard or saw something and one of the kidnappers knows that. I thought the gentleness of her death was a coverup so that the police wouldn't suspect that she was murdered. It would just look like an old women had died of natrual causes and they wouldn't check further.

I think she has some piece of information that the Boss doesn't want her to tell Kim. I have begun to think that the third person is Helen. It seems lime a more gentle way to kill someone so it definitely isn't Symes.

The psychic hit too close to something that someone didn't want revealed...so she had to die. The way she was left...wrapped in a blanket like she was sleeping... seems to say that it was more the work of a woman than the two kitten killing, child torturing kidnappers. Inge is history so it wasn't her so that now leaves Karen...Elizabeth... or Helen. My money is now on Helen. I hope there is enough chocolate on the boat.

I think Helen killed the psychic. I guessed Helen awhile back and still think she is involved. She is just too suspicious.

I agree it was likely done by a woman—and believe it is Helen. She was a DCI and got forced into her current role of family liaison officer, so she’s not just the quite grandmotherly type we see. She’s being forced to retire. Gotta be some bitterness in her. But I cannot fathom a connection to Will or how she got involved. Either she’s ‘the boss’ or she’s connected to him/her

Subject 3 is presumably afraid the psychic may be able to give Kim a lead.

She knew something that kidnappers didn't want becoming public/police knowledge.
