Looking for recommendations - noir fiction

I'm currently reading Titanshade and really liking it and the noir vibe in it. Even though there is a strong fantasy element, what is drawing me in is the 80's feel to it combined with the detective duo that goes with it(feels like those 80's flick movies I loved so much growing up. And take a look at the book cover and tell me it doesn't remind you of an 80's movie poster :) )

Once I'm done reading it, I will of course get the second book, but is there any other book or series out there that has the same premise that I should give a look to? The more of the following it has in it, the better: 80's tech level, complex main characters that are not black or white, noir fiction, fun plot(the fantasy part isn't really important here, could be sci-fi, or down to earth too)
