What 1001-books are you reading as Autumn is settling in or Spring is is poking it's head up?

I've started Homo Faber and plan to read As Man Grows Older. I have The Golden Notebook on the go and, as always, am reading Anniversaries: From a Year in the Life of Gesine Cresspahl (finally started volume two!).

I’m currently reading Loving by Henry Green and next up is La Reine Margot.

I gave up in the short term on The Golden Notebook. If you really like it I might pick it up again!

I am making my way through Tarr, my short title book for May. It is just as unrewarding as I would have expected from Lewis's last book, Self Condemned. I am certain that I would have disliked this author intensely in real life. I am just waiting for my copy of La Reine Margot to arrive so I can join >3 japaul22: in reading that.

I finished Crossfire yesterday - a quick read about a young Japanese woman who can start fires with her mind. Not sure what is next yet.

This month I am determined to finish The Water Margin which I have been reading since February. I am about to start I, Robot by Isaac Asimov.

I'm reading She, La Reine Margot (slowly) and Clarissa (30% through and something is actually happening!)

I just started Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift. So far it's been a fun story.
