Hi all - I need to get in touch with a member who seems to be the only person in the world that has a particular book I need access to. I can't see any way to add a comment to this person's profile or contact him / her in any way. Can someone help me on how to contact a member? thank you

In principle you can leave a message for them when you go to their profile page. Some people have disabled that though.

Have you checked WorldCat to find a library that holds the book?
If this is that rare a book, I would think the member would be even less likely than usual to want a total stranger to have access to it.
