what is the book

hi there, i read a book some time ago. a young girl is kidnapped and forced to be a slave to her 'master'. she is found and returns home but has trouble adapting to life at home. she only responds to her (brothers friend?) or (bestfriends brother?). his name is ben. i cannot think of the title but really want to find the book. have been searching for some time.
