Hi.
We are using TinyCat for a very small library just about the island of St. Martin (https://www.librarycat.org/lib/soualibra).
It is working great and easy to use, but we will eventually want versions of our catalog in English and French. I didn't find any info about multiple language support, so sorry if I missed that. And to clarify, the eventual result we will want is a catalog in English that includes books in multiple languages and a catalog in French that also includes the exact same books. The difference would be that keywords, descriptions, etc. would be in English or French depending on the catalog chosen.
If it is not possible to have one catalog with two language options, I'm guessing the easiest would be to create two entirely separate catalogs. We are doing English first, so hopefully we could set up a second account and then import all the books from the English version to the French version.
Anyhow, we would love to know what our options are in general for this.

Now, to answer your questions: I'll give you the bad news first: you'll probably have to create two separate accounts (one in English; one in French).
The better news: although we don't have localization yet on TinyCat, the feature is high on our list of things to add. We'll be sure to announce when this actually happens (I'd love to see it in the next year or so, personally, but please note that we have a pretty small team of developers for all of LibraryThing and TinyCat).
The good news: LibraryThing already has localization, and you can create an account in French on https://www.librarything.fr.
As for importing your data from one account to the other, please make note of what data you can import from one account to the other by inspecting our import options on LibraryThing: mainly MARC Import (Help page here: https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/LibraryThing_and_MARC) and Universal Import—particularly our custom .csv import outlined here: https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/HelpThing:Import. Depending on what custom data you add to your English catalog, you may not be able to import all of those fields to your French catalog.
