You do not have access to edit information for this patron

I keep getting this message when I try to add a new patron:
"You do not have access to edit information for this patron"
This comes up after I have added all the information in the relevant fields and click Save.
I am logged in on the admin account and have the patron settings set to manually enter ID/Barcode
What could be the problem?

If you're idle on TinyCat for 15 minutes, you get auto-logged out as the admin. This means you must make any action to stay active: refresh a page, go to a new page, save changes to something, check a book in/out, etc.

Are you taking longer than 15 minutes to enter information for a patron?

Also, are you trying to add a completely new patron or are you trying to edit an existing patron?

- the specific patron you're trying to add/edit
- if you've checked that you're logged in as the admin or not
- what browser you're using
