Does anyone know where I might be able to get a copy of Jean Amir Dulez's book -- Southern Africa Steam: Commerating 150 Years? Thanks.

Sorry, missed this when you first posted. I have a copy of Dulez' excellent book Railways of Southern Africa 150 Years. Is that the one to which you are referring? I honestly can't remember where I got it. I have a vague memory that when it was first published it was advertised somewhere (maybe I even received an advert by e-mail as I'm on a few railway mailing lists) and that I ordered it directly from either the publisher (Vidrail) or the author, but I can't be sure.
All I can suggest is either looking online through sites such as Abe Books (where I have obtained a few of my rarer railway books) or asking on https://groups.io/g/sar-l, a South African railway enthusiast group which is not as active as it used to be when it was a Yahoo group but still has a lot of knowledgeable South African railway enthusiasts on it.
I hope you succeed. It really is a beautiful book.
