Number of Books

When I open up LT, my home page says I have "X" amount of books, but when I go to my actual catalog it says I have "Y" amount of books. There are no duplicate copies of books. Why is this?

Your profile says that you have 573 books in all collections. Are you opening 'all collections' in your catalogue or are you opening 'Your books' which only has 493?

According to https://www.librarything.com/profile/futureushistteach/stats/workdups you have entered two copies each of two works.

I have 'all collections' opened and it tells me that i have 591 books.

You don't have any books set as Private do you?

I dont know. Am I going to have to click on each book to determine that?

When I've run into this issue before, a combination of clearing your member caches on my end (which I've just done) and/or clearing your browser data on your end has cleared it up. If you'll tell us what browser/OS you're using, I can find you instructions on how to do that.

Im usually using google chrome on an hp laptop

You might also try opening up your library on another browser, and let us know if you're seeing the same numbers there.
