A user called jualobatpenis (for those who don't speak Indonesian this means "selling penis medicine") has posted to my thread here with a link to what is presumably a commercial site. I've flagged it, but is there anything else I can do?

For the next time, just post to the Spam reporting thread (currently at version #62), including the profile, and the specific spam, and I promise, we'll stomp the little piece of filth as quickly as we can.

Yeah, flag and report is about all you can do at the moment. But the "report" part of that means you're calling in the flag-carrying cavalry.
