New Librarian to LibraryThing

In my 2 days using it, I think LibraryThing is a fabulous tooL for small libraries. This is my first job in a very small library (always worked with larger LC libraries). Can you please share with me some of the tools you recommend highly? Also, I'm finding that none of my records are tagged, so I have to tackle that. :)
