The begging ex-soldier did not see Guinevere leave the inn, so I think she was probably killed on the premises. I don't know why she'd be there in the first place.

I think she was killed at the Norfolk Arms as there seemed to be a lot of people talking against the King there and one of them may have used Guin to make the King look guilty.

I think she may have been killed there. I think she was meeting someone there but I don't know who or why.
