Why do you think Jarvis wanted to see Sebastian? Were they trying to set up Sebastian?
2bhabeck
I didn't think he was being set up...didn't seem to be any cause to think that. I assumed Jarvis was impressed with what Sebastian accomplished in the last book and thought he could help clear Prinny

I assumed Jarvis wanted to use Sebastian as an investigator. I don't think Jarvis would try a stunt like trying once again to scapegoat St. Cyr, he knows that's too difficult an object to achieve.

I also thought that Jarvis was more trusting of Sebastian's investigative skills from the last book and wanted him to find the real killer.

I think Jarvis wants Sebastian's help to find the real killer and clear George. Not having read the last book, I am a bit suspicious that Jarvis wants to set up Sebastian if the opportunity presents itself.

>6 gaylebutz: Continue to be suspicious until Jarvis proves otherwise.

>6 gaylebutz: If you get the change Gayle, do Read the first book it was excellent.
I think he had respect for Sebastian’s skills and so wanted to use him, but if it protected the Regent I wouldn’t put it past Jarvis to set up Sebastian.
