Thank you to all of you. I don't deserves such a sweet welcome back. I have not been a fun friend lately. I had hoped I could do this. . .
I lost my Lola. I'm still trying to figure out how this could have happened so fast. It seems she had lung cancer, and more, probably for years before she came to me. She was doing great. . . then she wasn't. It's been a couple of weeks now. I still can't wrap my head around it. She was a big part of my life in every way.
I know that most of you have been in the same place.
Please know that I know that you are sorry this happened. But, I can't bear to read the words over and over. So.. if you can just not leave the words, it would be better.
I'll be going away for a week+ in a few days, to see my Drew. She's walking now and has words. ( like NO!)
Maybe when I come back I can have another go at this. Or not. In the meantime, sincere thanks for my welcome and remembering me at all.
