So maybe this is a bit antithetical for this group, but what about books that take place in "Anytown, USA" or "AnyState, USA" ... someplace with a zipcode of ABCDE... books that are specifically take place in a place that could be anywhere.. books that represent some hypothetical representative bit of America that is anywhere, everywhere, and nowhere all at the same time?
