First of all, hello everyone! My name is Jo and im new here!
(I am hoping that i posted this in the correct forum, Mods please forgive me if i have made a mistake)
Second, i was hoping perhaps that some of you could help me. I cant seem to find any info on the web about the differences between the various different publisher editions of the Harvard Classics. I have just purchased a set called the collectors registered edition 1980 from someone on ebay but it only comes with 25 of the books and none of them are numbered on the spine either. Does anyone know if they only made this set in a 25 set because i cant fine any of the rest anywhere!
If compared to the regular numbered 51 volume set, this set of 25 comes with the following equivalent volumes (but again like i mentioned before, they are unnumbered):
1,2,3,4,5,12,14,15,16,17,20,22,23,24,27,28,29,39,40,41,42,43,44,45,46.
Id really appreciate any help at all!
