CNBC anchor John Harwood slammed GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump's policies as fantasies Wednesday, and asked if he is running "a comic book version of a presidential campaign."
Notwithstanding what one may think about this particular candidate, I was wondering if this knowledgeable group had encountered any of this now famous comic book version of a presidential campaign while reading a comic book.
My only example is euro-centric and quite dated; that of Peyo in Le schtroumfissime.

I don't know if counts, but they tried to make Captain America run for President in Captain America #250.
