Pleased to purchase today for a song, a book London's City by Alan Jenkins , 1973, but the charm lies in presentation inscription , as it was given as a gift by by the Mayor of London in 1979 to the Mayor of Johannesburg . who was the Mayor of London in 1979 ? ... Can't read the signature.
