I absolutely hate Love hina. I find it to be grossly overrated and not funny at all. It gets very repetitive after like the first chapter.

Another awful manga (IMO) is Beautiful people, which is basically a bunch of undeveloped ideas in story formats.

My most disliked manga would have to be Girl Got Game. I can't say I hate it, but I really wish I could go back in time and spend that money on something else I'd enjoy more.

Essentially, while there are some entertaining sequences, I found this series to be an inferior example of both a sports manga and a cross-dressing comedy. The humor never moved beyond the most basic "boys are different than girls because {insert cliche here}" elements. You know, the stuff you see in Disney's Mulan the very first time she enters the camp. That sort of thing just gets tired after a while.

Fruits Basket. Loved it for a long time, then a Certain Revelation happened (that volume is not quite out here yet, I don't think) that just completely turned my favourite character into something much more shallow and uninteresting. Plus, it was one of the stupidest/most poorly managed Revelations EVER. Looking back at earlier volumes makes it clear that this was NOT in the Original Plan.

I made the mistake of buying the Cowboy Bebop manga. Wow, did I so totally not enjoy. Lacked all the charm of the anime. Bleh.

Also deeply disliked Rave Master, which I got the first three volumes for free. I guess you get what you pay for.

I'm pretty much a global weirdo and heretic, but I loathe Clamp. I haven't found a single by them that I like, manga or anime. I didn't like Van Von Hunter, it was pretty stupid and the humor stopped being funny after two panels. Another thing I've noticed is that I rarely like Korean manga. I haven't found one yet, actually, that I've liked. There's just something contrived about it, like it's Korean trying to be American trying to be Japanese and it's not quite making it. Maybe it's the kimchi.

I happen to like CLAMP, but I do have to admit that they annoy me at times. One of my bigger annoyances lately is that there is no sex in their world. Or maybe there is, but I just haven't picked up that one book yet. All I know is that some of these stories beg for them to up the ante, and all we get is hand-holding and long-winded speeches.

I'm not a perv, it's just, well, it starts to feel unrealistic after a while.

In one of the later volumes of X (X/1999) (or perhaps in the yet-to-be-published chapters from Asuka), its implied that one couple is sleeping together. The same couple makes an appearance in Tsubasa as husband and wife.

Or do you not like that they don't draw actual sex scenes?

I don't really need to see the sex scenes, I just dislike that the characters very rarely exist as sexual beings. I'll have to check out that volumne of X/1999, though.

I seem to be in the minority of people who can't stand Peach Girl. I just can't seem to sympathize with the heroine, Momo...

I don't like Peach Girl either... but I'm too disinterested in it to hate it with a passion.

Rave Master, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Eerie Queerie, and Air Gear. And then that awful Bobobo thing... I've got most of these, but just can't get into them at all. D: Same for anything like Absolute Boyfriend... it's implausible in a bad way.

That ruined the rest of the series for me. :(

Rave Master saw the anime, didn't like it, took a chance on the manga when I found volume 1 for $3, still didn't like it. No idea why.

I didn't care much for Death Note and left off reading it after the first three volumes, but I wouldn't say I loathe it. The story was interesting and I liked the flying demon thingy, I just didn't really like the other characters.

I was super disappointed by Love is Like Hurricane. I picked up the entire series off of ebay really cheap and couldn't read past the first volume. Traded the whole set unread ('cept for the first volume) on Mangatude. I don't mind yaoi but there has to be some sort of a plot too. It guess you could say it was the anti-CLAMP in that respect LOL!

I love Clamp, sometimes they frustrate me but for the most part I've adored everything I've seen by them.

I also hate Love Hina. It was a waist of money.

Totally Captivated and Junjou Romantica. It doesn't help that they are often hailed as the "best" BL works. No.. not really.

I could never get into Ragnarok. I'm a big religion/mythology buff, but I just couldn't get into it.

I really hate Naruto and I work at a Junior High where all of the kids have Naruto on their backpacks and I always want to tell them that there's better stuff. Bleach is also one of those series that disappointed me. It got to a point and then it was like here have an entire volume of names.

I don't like them either. There's a lot of people who don't, but there's not a lot of point in talking about what one doesn't like, most of the time. It's a lot more fun to talk about what one DOES like.

The only thing that I don't like about the series is that they are too long.

Maybe not loathe... but I also did not enjoy Love Hina. It lasted 13 volumes too long. NO idea why I bought all of it. T_T

Also the ending of Hot Gimmick really pissed me off and ruined the whole series for me. D:

Lesse... I thought the shonen version of Escaflowne was horrible. The characters got butchered and it was a snooze fest.

I'm sure there's more... but those are the ones that pop into my head immediately.

Love Hina actually has 14 volumes and I also purchased the entire series. Not a smart idea. I bought the series (minus 3 books) at my first anime convention.
