Samuel Matouke-Moukete

I'm looking for any information on a Cameroonian poet, published in the 1960's, by the name of Samuel Matouke-Moukete. The name appeared in the German magazine Der Weg zu Freundschaft und Toleranz in an issue from 1967, where he was welcomed as a sign of a "Greek spring" in Africa, and praised for his depictions of male beauty. I can't find anything online, but maybe his name could be transcribed differently for better luck...
