Although I think technically, you can only say it's free if you get it without having to pay for anything at all. Otherwise it's "included". So in this case, I'd say that if you buy a digital subscription to The New York Times, a Nook Simple Touch is included at no extra cost. But I am splitting hairs, I guess.
