While I realize that not everyone in this group will be able to go, since there are a fair number of folks here within striking distance of Boston, I'm cross-posting there here for those interested.
The promoters of the MARIAB Boston Book and Paper Expo (held this year on 7 May at the Shriner's Auditorium in Wilmington, MA) have offered all LT members a special complimentary pass to the show, which will include a book sale with more than 85 dealers, as well as a very decent selection of talks and exhibits (Michael Russem's talk on postage stamps designed by typographers is fantastic, and some of the others seem really great as well).
I've put the pass online at:
http://www.librarything.com/pics/fairpass.jpg (jpg) and
http://www.librarything.com/pics/fairpass.pdf (PDF) - just print one of these out (does not have to be in color) and bring it with you to the expo, for free admission.
Cross-posting this in the Bostonians, Simmons College and Rare, Old & Offbeat groups. If there's anywhere else anyone thinks it should go, either let me know or just feel free to post the links!
