La mia biblioteca
My library follows my interests of history generally and of liberalism in particular. History is my muse and primary interest. I am not, however, a recluse. I want to see my ideas [ideology, if you will] to come alive in the real world, and I see my life's work as contributing to that effort.
Informazione su di me
I am a lifelong academic [economics and economic history] and administrator of not-for-profit educational foundations. My interests are broad, perhaps not so deep, and eclectic. My politics are of a non-voting variety. I am liberal in the sense of the 500-year long tradition growing out of the middle ages and modified by the enlightenment. I consider myself to be on the left or radical wing of the liberal tradition. I am long retired and will this year become 80 years old. My interest in ideas keeps me younger than my age.
