Most of my books are children's picture books or juvenile readers. I do have some murder mysteries and other books in my collection, but most of those I read and then give away or sell. I have some books that have been in my library since I was 3 or 4. My absolute favorite is Where's Wallace by Hilary Knight.

I am a preschool director; so I am always looking at children's books. I also am an avid reader myself. I read everything from juvenile to adult mystery and everything in between. I have even been known to read a few of the "trashy romance novels". I love to read. I will read anything that is in front of me. I have even been known to read the small print on the backs of bottles of household chemicals...just because it was there. I love spreading my love of reading to children. When I review a children's book, I try to do so from a child's perspective; afterall they are the target audience for the books. Sometimes they surprise me in what they like or don't like.
