I started out as an electronics engineer, but soon fell from grace by going into the software business. I completed my downfall by doing back end Oracle sql and pl/sql design and programming support for web based applications.

In 2001 I began to get involved in the Digital Library world ,and I've really caught the bug. I find the whole field, especially the connections to the semantic web and the coming conceptual earthquake caused by digitization of just about everything really exciting.
