I'm the VP of NEWIM (Network of Evangelical Women in Ministry) and co-leader of a prayer and reflection retreat for women called "The Springs.

I work full-time at San Jose State University, as the Director of Administrative Services. My husband has been a pastor in the Evangelical Covenant church since 1983 and we are now serving New Life Covenant Church in San Jose, CA. I love engaging seekers in spiritual conversations and helping people to understand and experience the love of God. A few years ago, I realized that something was changing. The way I had shared my faith in the past didn’t seem to be connecting with people. I began learning about “the emerging post-modern culture” and found that people who are not followers of Christ are open to talking about their spiritual journeys. I love talking with people from all spiritual backgrounds about their spiritual journeys.
My love for the Word of God was deepened as I had opportunity to take classes at Dallas Seminary. For over twenty years I served in AWANA, taught Sunday School, and led Bible studies for women. Currently, I'm leading a seeker bible discussion for staff and faculty at SJSU during lunch. - Luogo
