I will read just about anything. I have my favorite authors, but I try to expand my horizons [and have discovered some amazing gems that way]. Sometimes it's a recommendation, sometimes a description online or on the book flap, sometimes simply the cover art that makes me look at a book. I'm mostly a fiction reader...drama, suspense, horror, romance. Books are my addiction!

I'm a 40-something single mom to a teenage girl who has thankfully inherited my love of literature. I teach ninth grade English at a suburban high school near Houston, Texas. I love books...can't get enough of them. In the summers when I'm off duty I devour them...breakfast, lunch, dinner, and every meal in between. Everything will be let go just so I can read [so, yeah, my house isn't always clean...lol].
