Informazione su di me

The first time I remember loving books was when my mom would read to me as we sat in this really horribly ugly wide rocking chair that could fit three kids plus Mom. Then in fourth grade Mr McDade. He was a great teacher and after lunch he would read to his students, unforgettable was the book Where The Red Fern Grows- he cried with his students as he read along to us the heart ache.

The first time I remember loving to read was fifth grade. I read as much as I could. When my little sister wouldn’t leave me alone to read, I would climb the tree in the front yard with my book. This was the year I met JRR Tolken.

I don’t consider myself an inclusive reader, I read everything with a slight avoidance of Sci Fi.

Mostly I enjoy history and a great novel, short stories and biographical works.

Recently I have moved to a small mountain community and I am submerging myself in the history or this place and the people that lived here and live here now I’m finding the wonderful and interesting people in small nooks and crannies of the area It is surprising me.
