La mia biblioteca
A mix of vintage mysteries and older general fiction, modern mysteries and some chick lit. Occasionally enjoy books about finance or interesting non-fiction. Have 21 volumes of the Applewood facsimile editions of the original (1930s-40s) Nancy Drew books.
Informazione su di me
My current motto, and the meaning behind my name here: Life is short. Buy books! Eat scones! I've loved books since I first learned to read. I often read vintage mysteries, and like AbeBooks & Amazon, good sources for those old books. Have had dogs since 1977 & currently have a rescue French Bulldog-Chihuahua mix from California. His name is Zero, for the ghost dog in A Nightmare Before Christmas, which he somewhat resembles. I didn't really like it & was going to change it, but he was already 4 yrs. old and was used to it, so...Zero he is.
